Limit yourself from Eating Processed Foods
These products are full of chemicals and artificial ingredients that can cause stomach aches. Most of these products are also made from foods that are specially engineered and modified. Because of this, the stomach products excess acid to help process the foods that contains fat and highly refined ingredients. The stomach is having a hard time breaking these foods. If you ate a lot of processed foods, there is a chance that your stomach may not be successful in producing enough acids for the food. You may end up getting nausea and stomach ache for hours. It is advisable to limit yourself from eating these processed foods to avoid stomach aches.
Avoid any Kind of Acidic Foods and Beverages
If you have problems with stomach acids, sour stomachs, and acid reflux, then you have a sensitive stomach. It is best to stay away from acidic foods and drinks unless you are having a specialized diet for stomach diseases.
There are also fruits that must also be avoided like cranberries, blackberries, grapefruits, lemons, pickles and pomegranates. They are rich in acids so try to avoid them.
